Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.) to drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and high-potential opportunities.
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI, CPA, and LTV across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for performance improvement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (CTR, CAC, ROAS, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or proprietary dashboards.
- Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution models to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies proactively.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
- Expertise in paid social (Meta, TikTok), search (Google Ads), and programmatic advertising (DV360, The Trade Desk a plus).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
- Strong data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SQL a bonus).
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
