Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the schedules, contracts, and logistics for a portfolio of performing artists.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and marketability of artists.
- Negotiate performance contracts, fees, and terms with venues, event organizers, and producers.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to artists to help them refine their skills and expand their artistic range.
- Organize and oversee rehearsals, auditions, and performances to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including agents, promoters, and media outlets.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for artists to showcase their talents.
- Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting for managed artists.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent management, preferably within the performing arts industry.
- Strong understanding of the arts and entertainment sector, with a passion for performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contract law and financial management related to artist representation.
