Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and deduct taxes, social security, and other statutory deductions in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, leave balances, and benefits.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to management and relevant government agencies.
- Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding payroll processes.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.
- Assist in year-end payroll activities, including tax reporting and bonus calculations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
