Responsibility
- Process and manage payroll for employees and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including tax filings, benefits deductions, and leave balances.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
- Provide support during audits and ensure all payroll documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC) is a plus.
