Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of multi-country payroll solutions for global clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage data migration, system configuration, and parallel run testing.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document client-specific payroll business processes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live stabilization support.
- Ensure all payroll implementations comply with local statutory requirements and international tax laws.
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Payroll Implementation or Global Payroll Management.
- Strong understanding of client-side payroll operations and HRIS integration (e.g., Workday, SAP, or Oracle).
- Proven track record in managing multi-country projects within a consultancy or BPO environment.
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding complex data sets.
- Certification in Payroll (e.g., CPP or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
