Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for employees in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, leave balances, and compensation changes.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., tax filings, social security contributions) to relevant authorities.
- Implement and monitor payroll controls to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.
- Support year-end payroll activities, including bonus calculations and tax documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in labor regulations and payroll best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience working in a Shared Services or multinational environment is a plus.
