Responsibility
- Process and verify employee commission payments accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile commission data with payroll records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in commission calculations or payments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of commission structures, adjustments, and payouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Generate and distribute commission reports for management review.
- Assist in auditing payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding commission-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, commission calculations, or financial administration.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
