Responsibility
- Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and benefits, in the payroll system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Support the accounting team in managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax filings and reports.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries related to compensation.
- Assist in auditing financial records and preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and financial compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
