Responsibility

  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or healthcare setting, preferably in TCM.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and basic office applications.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach with a commitment to high-quality service.
