Responsibility
- Design and deliver personalized vocal training sessions for students of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced singers.
- Develop engaging and structured lesson plans tailored to individual student goals, including technique, performance, and confidence-building.
- Conduct group workshops and masterclasses to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to help students track progress and achieve their vocal potential.
- Collaborate with the BLVCKKEYS Entertainment team to organize recitals, showcases, and live performances for students.
- Stay updated on vocal pedagogy trends, techniques, and industry best practices to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional demeanor to inspire students and create a welcoming learning atmosphere.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new students and grow the vocal program.
Qualifications
- Certified Vocal Coach with a recognized qualification in vocal pedagogy, music education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in vocal coaching, teaching, or performance.
- Strong knowledge of vocal techniques, including breath control, pitch accuracy, tone production, and performance skills.
- Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels, from children to adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and build rapport.
- Passion for music, performance, and education, with a commitment to fostering talent and creativity.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and student needs.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
