Responsibility

  • Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures at airport counters.
  • Provide accurate flight information, including schedules, delays, and gate assignments.
  • Resolve passenger inquiries and complaints with a customer-first approach.
  • Process ticket issuance, rebooking, and seat assignments using airline systems.
  • Coordinate with ground crew, security, and airline staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle special service requests (e.g., unaccompanied minors, passengers with disabilities).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or call centers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
