Responsibility
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures at airport counters.
- Provide accurate flight information, including schedules, delays, and gate assignments.
- Resolve passenger inquiries and complaints with a customer-first approach.
- Process ticket issuance, rebooking, and seat assignments using airline systems.
- Coordinate with ground crew, security, and airline staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle special service requests (e.g., unaccompanied minors, passengers with disabilities).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or call centers.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn airline-specific systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., luggage).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overnight and holiday assignments.
