Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering.
  • Process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
  • Assist service advisors and technicians with parts identification, ordering, and delivery.
  • Maintain organized records of parts transactions, warranty claims, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to parts and warranties.
  • Support the After Sales team in achieving operational targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to parts and warranty activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in parts management, warranty processing, or automotive after-sales services.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
