Responsibility
- Manage and maintain parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering.
- Process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- Assist service advisors and technicians with parts identification, ordering, and delivery.
- Maintain organized records of parts transactions, warranty claims, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to parts and warranties.
- Support the After Sales team in achieving operational targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to parts and warranty activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in parts management, warranty processing, or automotive after-sales services.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts, warranties, and service procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
