Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with driver communities across Bali.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze partner engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create and distribute engaging content, including newsletters, updates, and announcements.
- Advocate for partner needs and provide insights to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community engagement, partner relations, or customer success roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for building relationships and fostering community growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
