Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and assisting with recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relaying them efficiently to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist in the preparation of simple beverages or desserts as needed.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for all diners.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food & beverage or customer service role is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply!
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.
