Responsibility
- Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) to ensure smooth order processing and customer experience.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments, manage inventory, and resolve fulfillment issues.
- Monitor and update product listings, pricing, and promotions to align with marketing campaigns.
- Assist in customer service inquiries, including order status updates, returns, and refunds.
- Generate and analyze ecommerce reports (sales, traffic, conversion rates) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, including email marketing and social media promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and supplier communications.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks, such as data entry, documentation, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ecommerce operations, order management, or digital retail (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and accountability.
