Responsibility
- Oversee daily parking operations, including entry/exit management, space allocation, and traffic flow optimization.
- Provide high-quality customer service to visitors, addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records for all parking transactions.
- Monitor and enforce parking policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and resolving disputes diplomatically.
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure a safe, clean, and functional parking environment.
- Generate reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and incidents for management review.
- Assist in implementing digital solutions (e.g., automated ticketing systems, mobile apps) to streamline operations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or parking operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite) and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, patient, and service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or facility management is advantageous.
