Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end operational execution of startup initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency across departments (e.g., property management, customer service, tech integration).
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between teams (e.g., product, sales, marketing, and tech) to eliminate silos and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Oversee vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality in property and hospitality operations.
  • Champion a culture of accountability by setting clear KPIs, tracking progress, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Support tech-enabled solutions (e.g., CRM, PMS, automation tools) to enhance operational agility and customer experience.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and teams, translating strategic vision into actionable plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in startups, PropTech, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of scaling processes in high-growth environments with limited resources.
  • Strong project management skills (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies) and experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with PropTech tools (e.g., property management software, CRM systems) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and wear multiple hats in a startup environment.
