Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the Nursing Home to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance care quality.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and supply chain management.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with government agencies, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Drive initiatives to improve resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a nursing home or senior care facility.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and licensing requirements for elderly care facilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize operations and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, staff, and regulators.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
