Responsibility
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to optimize resource allocation and cost management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize processes and integrate cutting-edge health tech solutions.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and service excellence.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices in digital health operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification (e.g., PMP, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on finance, logistics, or digital health.
- Proven track record of optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare, tech, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a bonus.
