Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of industrial gas production facilities, including APSA Onsite and TGM systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor and optimize process efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, energy savings, and performance improvements.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and quality control, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and KPIs to track performance and support decision-making.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen, to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, production, or process engineering.
  • Proven experience in industrial gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing environments, preferably with exposure to APSA or similar systems.
  • Strong knowledge of process control, instrumentation, and automation (PLC, DCS, SCADA).
  • Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and environmental regulations in industrial settings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
  • Willingness to work in shift-based or on-call rotations as required by operational needs.
