Responsibility
- Assist guests with check-ins, safety briefings, and equipment fitting to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of adventure equipment and facilities to uphold safety standards.
- Monitor and manage crowd flow to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily operations, including setup, cleanup, and activity scheduling.
- Provide first aid and emergency response support when necessary, adhering to company protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, incident reports, and guest feedback.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or operations is a plus.
