Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and profitability in the cargo and logistics division.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and finance, to streamline operations and resolve issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and operational staff to achieve targets and maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all operational activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance business partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Sales Operations, preferably in the cargo, logistics, or transportation industry.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams, achieving targets, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software for sales and operations management.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes, including cargo handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
