Responsibility
- Lead and manage offshore project teams, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental protocols for offshore operations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and subcontractor activities to support project objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore project management or engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of offshore construction, installation, and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and industry software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel and be relocated to project sites as required, including international assignments.
- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and offshore regulatory frameworks.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
