Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees on construction sites
- Conduct regular health screenings, assessments, and fitness-for-work evaluations
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs and health education initiatives
- Maintain accurate medical records and health surveillance data in compliance with OSH regulations
- Collaborate with safety officers to identify and mitigate workplace health hazards
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as prescribed by company physicians
- Monitor and manage work-related injuries and illnesses, including case follow-ups
- Ensure all medical facilities and first aid stations are properly stocked and maintained
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid nursing license in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an occupational health nurse, preferably in construction or industrial settings
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of OSH standards, industrial hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
- Excellent clinical assessment and emergency response skills
- Proficient in medical documentation and health record management
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Korean is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to on-site medical emergencies
