Responsibility
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting services.
- Conduct routine plumbing inspections, installations, and repairs.
- Execute general masonry work including tiling, concrete repair, and grout maintenance.
- Perform general handyman duties including carpentry, fixture installation, and minor electrical repairs.
- Diagnose technical issues and determine the best approach for cost-effective, durable solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building regulations.
- Document all maintenance tasks and completed service requests accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician, Handyman, or Tradesperson.
- Proficiency in at least three of the required fields: Plumbing, Painting, Masonry, or General Repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting equipment or working in confined spaces.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor when dealing with clients.
- Vocational diploma or relevant trade certifications are a significant advantage.
