You’ll represent Janji Jiwa, a beloved brand known for its Sejuta Jiwa products, delivering exceptional coffee experiences directly to customers across Bali’s most vibrant areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Mobile Coffee Rider, you’ll navigate scenic routes on an electric or traditional bicycle, engaging with locals and tourists while promoting sustainable, high-quality coffee. This role combines sales, customer service, and mobility in a dynamic outdoor environment, perfect for energetic individuals who love coffee and connecting with people.

Responsibility
- Operate and maintain an electric or traditional bicycle to transport coffee products safely and efficiently.
- Engage with customers in high-traffic areas, promoting Sejuta Jiwa by Janji Jiwa products with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and provide receipts as required.
- Ensure product freshness and presentation, including proper storage and display during transit.
- Track daily sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels using provided tools or apps.
- Follow designated routes and schedules while adapting to customer demand and weather conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering product questions and offering samples.
- Report any equipment issues, supply shortages, or customer feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (preferably in F&B or mobile retail).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical fitness and ability to ride a bicycle for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of coffee products and brewing methods (training provided for Janji Jiwa’s offerings).
- Familiarity with digital payment systems (e.g., GoPay, OVO, DANA) and basic cash handling.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (priority given to candidates in target areas).
