Are you a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer looking to drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment? Our client, a forward-thinking organization, is seeking a skilled MES Engineer to lead Design of Experiments (DOE), process optimization, and system enhancements in Bali.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in improving manufacturing efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring seamless integration of MES solutions. Your expertise in equipment setup, yield improvement, and failure analysis will be critical in maintaining high production standards. Additionally, you will develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Control Plans (CP) to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibility
- Lead Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to enhance production efficiency.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to minimize defects and downtime.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), FMEA, and Control Plans (CP) for process consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive yield improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Oversee equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on MES tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MES implementation, process engineering, or manufacturing automation.
- Strong knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in MES software (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or similar) and data analysis tools.
- Experience in FMEA, SOP development, and failure analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and smart manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
