Responsibility
- Manage and organize medical inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Assist in the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the medical store to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Process orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medical products.
- Provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals and clients.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, logistics, or healthcare).
- Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and products is a plus.
