Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of medical sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure high productivity and professional development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
