Responsibility
- Promote and sell ethical pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information on product benefits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
