Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive understanding of Bionime’s medical products and their applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to drive product adoption and sales growth.
- Provide technical and clinical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to product usage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies tailored to the Indonesian healthcare market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
- Prepare and deliver scientific presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international medical regulations and company policies.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and medical seminars to represent Bionime and network with industry leaders.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Nursing (with Diabetes Educator certification), or a related medical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, product specialization, or clinical support (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- In-depth knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotech products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a B2B or healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
