Responsibility
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to train, validate, and refine medical AI models using your clinical knowledge.
- Review and annotate medical datasets to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Provide expert feedback on AI-generated outputs (e.g., diagnostic suggestions, treatment plans) to improve precision and reliability.
- Identify gaps or biases in AI models and propose solutions to enhance their clinical applicability.
- Stay updated on medical best practices and emerging AI trends to inform product development.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align AI solutions with real-world healthcare needs.
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement of AI systems.
- Contribute to user testing and quality assurance for AI tools intended for healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Active license or degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or Pharmacy (or equivalent clinical experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare setting (hospitals, clinics, or research).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, protocols, and ethical standards in healthcare.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for cross-team collaboration.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn about AI/ML concepts (no prior coding experience required).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or digital health tools is a plus.
