Responsibility
- Develop and execute engaging digital content (social media, blogs, videos) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end retail operations, including inventory control, supplier coordination, and in-store promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels (email, chat, in-person), resolving inquiries and enhancing satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) to optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Oversee daily operational tasks, such as order processing, shipment tracking, and retail space management.
- Stay updated on industry trends in media, e-commerce, and retail to propose innovative solutions.
- Assist in organizing events, pop-ups, or campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory systems, or CRM tools (e.g., Shopify, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
