Responsibility

- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools to identify and address potential issues.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding, mechanical maintenance, or a related field in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Certification in welding or mechanical engineering is a plus.
