Responsibility
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using manual and mechanical equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer requirements.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics activities, including scheduling deliveries and managing storage space.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
