Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) to maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews, and implement improvements.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundling strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketplace strategies with broader brand initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and key insights for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital sales.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
