Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the Bali market.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage social media channels, content creation, and digital advertising to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Intact Motorâs products and services.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, logistics) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications
- A bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience living or working in Bali or Southeast Asia is advantageous but not mandatory.
