Responsibility
- Assist the Marketing Head in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, design) to ensure campaign alignment and timely execution.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers for events, promotions, and collaborations.
- Support the organization of product launches, trade shows, and corporate events, including logistics and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Proven experience in supporting marketing campaigns, events, or product launches.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in or familiarity with the Bali market is a strong advantage.
