Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Design and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, SMS) with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create cohesive, high-converting assets and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage CRM and marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Automate lead scoring and nurturing processes to improve sales readiness and shorten the buyerâs journey.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in marketing automation and recommend tools/strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track KPIs and demonstrate campaign impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital campaign management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with HTML/CSS, SEO, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
