Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across Le Méridien properties in Bali.
  • Lead pricing and inventory management using advanced analytics and market intelligence tools (e.g., Duetto, IDeaS).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals with brand positioning and customer segmentation.
  • Monitor competitor activity, demand trends, and economic indicators to adjust strategies in real-time.
  • Oversee distribution channel performance, including OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings, to optimize cost and visibility.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive innovative promotions and packaging strategies to enhance guest value and revenue streams.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing revenue management team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record of increasing RevPAR, ADR, and market share in competitive markets.
  • Expertise in revenue management systems (RMS) such as Duetto, IDeaS, or Opera PMS.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of distribution channels, OTA contracts, and digital marketing in hospitality.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
