Responsibility
- Participate in a structured training program across various retail departments (e.g., operations, sales, inventory, customer service).
- Assist in daily store operations, including staff supervision, shift management, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, sales targets, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance metrics for senior management review.
- Represent SM Hypermarket in community events and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
- Uphold company values, policies, and standards in all professional interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
