Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
- Support the management team in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including promotions and events, to drive customer engagement.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (5 or 6 days a week) as required by operational needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is beneficial.
