Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to ensure tenant and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with facility managers and other technicians to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in commercial, hospitality, or residential facilities.
- Technical certification or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
