Responsibility
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on heavy machinery, mixers, and plant equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems effectively.
- Carry out emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure continuous plant operation.
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts inventory.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols and corporate safety standards.
- Coordinate with plant operators to optimize machine performance and production output.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or facility upgrades.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or concrete production setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical components, motors, and industrial control systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a safety-first mindset.
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts or be on-call when required to support site operations.
- Valid Singapore driving license is an added advantage.
