Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee M&E installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align M&E systems with project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety of M&E works.
- Review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality M&E materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E coordination or a similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, codes, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali/Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical training is advantageous.
