Responsibility
- Deliver personalized, high-touch customer service to ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and product expertise.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through effective relationship management and follow-up strategies.
- Stay updated on seasonal collections, brand heritage, and product details to provide accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Participate in training programs and brand events to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales (Senior role requires 3+ years).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge of luxury fashion, with a passion for Maison Margiela, Jil Sander, or similar brands.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, aligning with brand standards.
- Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools is advantageous.
