Responsibility
- Provide personalized luxury cruise consultations to high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences and recommending tailored itineraries.
- Manage end-to-end booking processes, including reservations, payments, and documentation, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Stay updated on luxury cruise trends, promotions, and destination highlights to offer expert advice.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with cruise lines, travel partners, and internal teams to secure exclusive deals and upgrades for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Upsell premium services, such as VIP packages, shore excursions, and onboard amenities, to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
- Participate in training programs to refine product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or travel consulting, preferably in the luxury segment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving client concerns.
- In-depth knowledge of cruise destinations, itineraries, and luxury travel trends (or willingness to learn).
- Proficiency in CRM software, booking systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
