Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Promote and explain loan products, savings plans, and other financial services to potential and existing clients.
- Assess loan applications, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with cooperative policies and regulations.
- Monitor and manage loan portfolios to minimize risks and maximize repayment rates.
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas to identify business opportunities and client needs.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including loan disbursements, collections, and delinquency rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies for business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or microfinance, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local market conditions and financial regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas as needed.
