Responsibility
- Process end-to-end loan applications for automotive financing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and bank policies.
- Coordinate with financial institutions, dealerships, and internal sales teams to verify documentation and expedite approvals.
- Maintain meticulous records of loan applications, disbursements, and repayments in digital systems.
- Conduct credit checks and risk assessments to support loan approval decisions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on loan portfolios, delinquencies, and processing timelines.
- Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries related to loan status, terms, and requirements.
- Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and filed in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve loan processing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative, banking, or loan processing roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with loan management software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial terminology, credit principles, and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the contract duration (work visa support provided).
