Responsibility
- Oversee the safe and efficient loading and unloading of fuel products from tankers to storage tanks or vehicles.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, fire protection standards, and environmental regulations during handling operations.
- Perform daily inspections of loading equipment, hoses, valves, and pumping systems to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Monitor flow rates and pressures during product transfer to prevent spills or overfilling.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all product movements and inventory transactions.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, leaks, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Coordinate with truck drivers and terminal staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the loading bay area.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or holder of a Vocational/Technical Diploma in a related field.
- Proven work experience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial loading environment is highly preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for record-keeping and inventory monitoring.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Residency in or proximity to Santa Cruz, Davao is an advantage.
